- Find a comfortable place to sit and relax, far away from any distractions.
- Keep your spine straight while in the lotus position.

- Visualize the yellow color of the plexus chakra and feel the energy moving to your abdomen and throughout your body.
- Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
- Repeat for a few minutes until you can feel fueled with energy.
