Can I order without a credit card?
Yes. The Bellabeat online store also accepts payment through PayPal, Amazon Payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay where available. For US residents, payment in installments is available with Affirm.
How can I cancel my subscription?
As there are currently two options to subscribe to our Program – through the App Store/Google Play and through our website bellabeat.com, please follow these instructions to cancel your subscription accordingly. In case you have used our website bellabeat.com to sign up for the Coach Subscription, please fill out this form with the email used and we will proceed with the cancellation accordingly. In case you have signed up for the Coach Subscription through the App Store, we would kindly suggest that you request cancellation as instructed HERE. If you have an Android and you have subscribed and entered your payment details through the Google Play Store, please find instructions on how to request the cancellation HERE. *All subscriptions that have not been requested to cancel based on these instructions, cannot be refunded in case of a charge if the trial period has expired. The cancellation of the subscription is possible up until 24 hours before its charge or renewal.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Depending on the destination of the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.
Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?
Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If you do not, your payment may be rejected or unable to fully process.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours from the time of purchase by filling out the contact form. An order cannot be modified or canceled after it has been processed and prepared for shipment. *Please use the provided form for requesting a cancelation, as if you contact us via email we might not be able to proceed with canceling the order within the 6 hours.   *All orders with selected expedited shipping enter processing immediately so they can reach you as soon as possible, and cannot be canceled.

The 30-day period starts from the day the item is delivered.  If you purchased your Bellabeat product from a retailer, please contact that retailer for information on their return policy. To obtain a refund for the purchase, all items must be returned back to us no matter the condition (open/unopened). To initiate a return for refund, please reach out to our Customer Support directly at orders@bellabeat.com or by filling out this form. Returns need to be authorized by Customer Support, in case of unauthorized returns of the products, the refund may be refused. The return packages must be sent with registered mail which includes a tracking number. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage fees/shipping charges in case of a return. Once we’ve received the returned merchandise please allow up to 3 business days for our team to inspect the condition of the returned items.
